Great stay near the mall

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location next to Robinson's mall offered great convenience for dining and shopping, and the atmosphere was surprisingly relaxing.

However, the mattress was quite hard for my taste, leading to some discomfort at night. Additionally, the internet connection was inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating.

I appreciated the clean and modern room I stayed in. The air conditioning kept the space cool, making it comfortable even in the heat. Staff were very accommodating, particularly when I made requests for additional pillows. The daily room cleaning was consistent, ensuring everything was tidy. The location near Robinsons Mall was super convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options just a short walk away. However, I did encounter a few issues. The bathroom lacked a hair dryer and a fridge, which would’ve added convenience. The lobby felt warm without air conditioning, which made waiting there less pleasant. I also noticed some loose tiles in the hallways that could be trip hazards. While I enjoyed my time, these small improvements would enhance the overall experience.

Hallways under renovation felt chaotic and messy. The bathroom had issues, with weak hot water and an inefficient rain shower that flooded the floor. No dining options available, and channels on the TV were limited.

I enjoyed my stay at Go Hotels Dumaguete. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from Robinsons Mall, where I found great shopping options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making my experience quite pleasant.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The lobby, though a bit warm, offered a welcoming atmosphere thanks to the friendly staff. Keep in mind that the internet can be slow, so consider downloading content ahead of time. Overall, a pleasant stay that I'd recommend.

Wi-Fi was slow, but I appreciated the secure parking and good air conditioning.

The location is unbeatable. just steps from Robinsons Dumaguete. The room is super clean and updated with daily cleaning. plus they have a water dispenser on our floor.
